Marzipan Mania!

Hungary's "sweetest" stand, Kopcsik Marzipan, has opened its doors in the historic city center of Eger. And I'm not talking about just any marzipan! Those interested can see the creations of Oscar-winning Olympic and world champion Lajos Kopcsik, a Guinness record-holder master confectioner. Each of the 120 objects is made of sugar paste and marzipan, such as a nearly 2-meter wine bottle, a miniature version of the Minaret, but the exhibition also has real special features for children, as fairy tale heroes come to life from sugar paste.

The building also houses another exhibition. Bell-ringing masters used to live and work under the 4th Bell Street, so we want to commemorate this almost extinct craft.

After visiting the exhibition, delicious snacks await you in the Servita restaurant, where, in addition to oven-baked dishes, we recommend our dessert specialty, the Servita brownie. :)
